Keysan's Set-Up and Delivery Procedures:
  • Keysan's furniture set-up includes:
    • Merchandise is taken out of box;
    • Assembled, adjusted and leveled;
    • Inspected for damage;
    • Placed where you wants it;
    • Packaging material is removed from premises;
  • Entire process only takes 3-5 business days on in-stock merchandise;
  • Damage free guarantee.

Some Things You Need to Know…

There are some markets across the country where furniture set-up and delivery is not available. Also, set-up orders are non-returnable. A re-delivery charge will be applied if you are not ready when installers arrive. Additionally, driver "down time" will be assessed by the hour if you are not ready to receive the merchandise when it arrives. Areas must be clear of existing furniture prior to delivery. A freight elevator is required to be available at the delivery site, if none is present, a per stair carry charge will be assessed. The set-up program does not include electrical work or wall mounting. Shelf merchandise requested to be delivered with a set-up and delivery install carries a flat rate charge. A "Certificate of Insurance" is available upon request.

TERMS:
  • Estimates are based on the job-site conditions provided: Any variations may warrant additional charges.
  • Once set-up, product is not returnable.
  • A minimum $75.00 re-delivery fee for 2nd attempts will apply.
  • Refused set-up orders are subject to return freight and product re-stocking charges based on product conditions.
  • Quotes subject to readily available dock access at the ship to location upon arrival.
  • Consumers will be required to sign a proof of delivery (P.O.D.) upon completion.
  • Signing the POD indicates the delivery was accepted and the sale is final.
  • Any and all discrepancies with the services provided must be noted on the delivery sign-off form by the consumer.
