The Keysan Catalog is an on-line supplies catalog. We try to carry all of the supplies a business needs: safety, office, sanitary, cleaning, and computer supplies among others.
A. Our catalog is all electronic and can be found at on the World Wide Web at www.keysan.com. There is no printed version; however you may print any pages you wish yourself.

We have to collect sales tax only in Florida unless you have faxed us a Tax Exempt Form to 888-834-9090. There is a place on the order form to calculate tax or claim tax exemption.

A. We have an $80.00 minimum order, exclusive of freight for domestic US orders. If you'd like us to special order something not in our catalog, the minimum order is $200.00.
We take major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), check with order, money orders and direct deposit. Sorry, we do not accept purchase orders unless accompanied by either a check or credit card information.

We want you to be happy with your purchases. However, if you must return products you've purchased here, you can obtain a Return Authorization by completing the "Returns Form .
All defective products will be accepted for replacement, repair or credit, at our discretion, within 10 days of the invoice date. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date. Shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt. All products returned must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition and include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
If, for any reason, the item, carton or packing is not in resalable condition, credit will be at salvage value (30%).
All food items, special order merchandise, discontinued merchandise and special promotional items are not returnable except in case of our error. All sales of food items, special order merchandise, closeout and discontinued merchandise are final. All shortages must be reported within 5 days.
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Keysan does not currently ship internationally; we only deliver to locations within the United States, and to Puerto Rico.
